Huge shout out to the entire team at Meyers RV!!! After my fiancée and I walked onto the lot being completely run around by a dealer down the road and irritated. Killian McCarthy (salesman) greeted us with a smile and was very helpful! He actually listed to what we had to say and was there to find what WE WANTED. John in finance worked very hard with different lenders to find us the best interest rate and terms and was very understood our budget. When we arrived for our walk through, Ed in service was very knowledgeable and energetic about everything he spoke about and answered all of our questions, although we had very few because of how thorough he was!!! And on delivery, Jeff was very kind, helpful and professional!! Not unhooking until it was in the exact spot I needed it!! Not rushing to get to the next delivery, no sense of I’m taking up too much time, just an overall great guy!! Even after he spent the morning traveling to Pennsylvania and back before my delivery!!! I can’t say enough good about Meyers RV in Cicero NY, everyone from the top down are a cut above!! From sales, finance, to parts, service, and delivery!!!! I’m telling everyone I know!!!! It’s Meyers for me!!!!!

Customer service is absolutely TERRIBLE! My aunt purchased an $80-$90,000 boat from these guys. Promised her a full tank of gas and delivered it with 1/8 tank on a 55 gallon tank of gas. The guy who was suppose to teach her how to operate the boat. Essentially told her to refer to the manual and had very little answers for a first time boat owner. Ok. Ok people make mistakes not a big deal. Day one of ownership. The boat goes out on its maiden voyage. No problems. The next morning a piece had already fallen of the boat that is supposedly valued at $85,000. Again not the dealerships fault. How ever after a phone call and email to Myers. No response for very a week. Had to call multiple times to finally get told. They need to check and see if this item is under warranty. Are you KIDDING ME?!?. Boats not even 24 hrs old. Two weeks later and still no response from Myers even after repetitive times of reaching out to them. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. They clearly only care about a sale. And absolutely nothing after that.

We worked with Chris in Sales, Pete in Finance, Kathy in the Title Dept, and Adam for our walk through. Everyone was great. We traveled from the Pittsburgh area to trade our travel trailer for a 5th wheel. We chose to add the prep fee prior to us arriving and they were honest about their findings and discounted the unit accordingly. There were no hidden fees. Kathy educated the Pennsylvania Notary in transferring the title and helped us avoid an unnecessary headache. Adam was knowledgeable and gave us a thorough walk through. Chris made the numbers work and was willing to negotiate with us for our trade. Pete explained everything they offered without being pushy. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend them to anyone looking to trade/purchase.

We have had a great experience buying our Brinkley Z Air 295. Our salesman Ed set up an appointment to look at the unit during a show and took all the time we needed with us. He then gave us another opportunity to look things over and ask questions at the dealership. We were able get all our questions answered with no pressure. Pete was very helpful on the office side as well! We are looking forward to getting out more this upcoming camping season!

Purchased a 2021 grand design reflection fifth wheel 2-14-26 and the sales team with Sam, Chris and John in finance did a great job working with us. We are really excited about our 2021 camper. Thanks all
